Complimentary shipping, nationwide
Standard shipping is free on every order to all U.S. addresses. Shipping is already included in our prices.
Delivery times
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery (FedEx) takes 2–5 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Shipping glass with care
AUR’A is bottled in glass and packed in protective double-wall cartons. We ship Monday to Wednesday so your order never waits in a depot over the weekend. During freezing weather, orders to cold-climate states may be briefly held until temperatures allow, so every bottle arrives intact. We will contact you if your order is affected.
Broken on arrival
If a bottle arrives broken, email a photo of the damage to mirela@auragoldwater.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at no cost.
Subscriptions
Subscription deliveries ship monthly with complimentary shipping. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account.
