Questions
How does the subscription work?
Choose the 6-bottle case of 750 ml or the 12-bottle case of 330 ml, in still or sparkling. Your first order ships right away, and the next one arrives each month on the same schedule. You are charged for each delivery, at the members' price, shortly before it ships.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account or by contacting us. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
Can I subscribe to both sizes?
Yes. Many members keep the 750 ml case for the table and the 330 ml case for the office or for travel. Each subscription can be managed on its own.
Can I switch between still and sparkling?
Yes. Each case is all still or all sparkling, and you can switch before any upcoming delivery. For both, simply keep two subscriptions.
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Your monthly price includes shipping. During freezing weather, deliveries to cold-climate states may ship by express or be briefly held, so the glass arrives intact.
Is the sparkling water naturally sparkling?
AUR'A Sparkling is the same water from the same source, with carbonation added at bottling for a fine, lively bubble.
Everything else at a table is ordered.
