Shipping across the United States

We ship AUR’A in protective cartons using FedEx Home Delivery. Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping nationwide

Prices include standard shipping. Every order ships free throughout the United States, with no order minimum—including one-time cases, every monthly subscription delivery, and gift boxes. There are no additional standard shipping charges for mixed orders.

Express requests

Contact us before ordering if you need FedEx 2Day delivery. Express availability and charges must be confirmed before dispatch.

Glass bottles and winter weather

AUR'A ships in glass. We ship Monday to Wednesday so cases never wait in a depot over the weekend. During freezing weather, orders to cold-climate states may ship by express or be briefly held until temperatures allow, so every bottle arrives intact.

Damaged bottles

If bottles arrive damaged, report the damage with a photo within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange replacements. Email mirela@auragoldwater.com or call 833-828-7287.
